North of Bone Village, in the snowy fields, there's a lone house where the Chocobo Sage lives. In order to reach it, you have to have the Highwind or the Gold Chocobo. The only use I found in the Chocobo Sage is that he sells the best greens for breeding, the sylkis greens.
