! Identifying Chocobos
Choco Billy can identify the chocobos you captured. When moving the chocobos from the fence outside to the stables, he would tell you if the chocobo you found are weak, poor, fair, average, good, great or wonderful chocobo and if it's a male or female. Remember that the different tracks give different type of chocobos.

Choco Billy: "I can't recommend this one."
chocobo: weak

Choco Billy: "This one doesn't seem to be very good."
chocobo: poor

Choco Billy: "This is a pretty average Chocobo."
chocobo: average

Choco Billy: "Mmm, this one's not bad."/"Mmm, this seems like a good Chocobo."
chocobo: good

Choco Billy: "This is a great Chocobo."
chocobo: great

Choco Billy: "This...is a wonderful Chocobo!"
chocobo: wonderful

Here's a tip:
Always save before moving chocobos to the stables. The type is already determined right after capturing the chocobo, but the sex of the chocobo is determined only when you move it from the fence to the stable. So if you didn't get the gender you want, just soft reset, L1+R1+L2+R2+Sel+Start.
