Chocobo

So what is a chocobo? Chocobos are feathered birds originating from the Final Fantasy series. They have been around the Final Fantasy world since Final Fantasy II. They're deemed as mascots of the franchise alongside moogles, cactaurs, and tonberries. You can actually classify chocobos in different ways: according to purpose and according to breed.

Looking first at chocobos according to purpose, you can classify them further more. First, chocobo could be used for transportation and this is the most well-known type of chocobo. Usually, they are colored yellow, white, black, blue or green. And they love gysahl greens. The second type is the fat or chubby chocobo. Like what its name says, it's a fat chocobo colored white and because of it's big belly, it has the capacity to store items in it. The fat chocobo loves carrots and appears if you have one. It uses the items you store in its belly for grinding the food that it eats.

Now if you classify them according to breed, there are the normal chocobos, the mountain chocobos, the river chocobos, the ocean chocobos and the flying chocobos.
